近期，亚马逊网上商城对一批销往欧盟/英国等市场的无线充电设备进行抽查，要求厂家提供无线充电设备符合欧盟RED指令的NB证书。原因是无线充电设备的法规ETSI EN 303 417目前不在 OJ LIST (Official Journal of the European Union) 欧盟官方公报清单，该产品需要获得NB证书。
内容如下：

那么什么是NB机构？
公告机构的英文名叫NotifiedBody，取两个个字母即为NB机构，因此公告机构=NB机构，指的是欧盟取得合法授权的检测认证机构。
公告机构是一个由欧盟某个成员国的主管当局指定的测试、审核和认证机构，它可从事医疗器械指令的附录中所描述的一种或多种符合性评价程序。公告机构必须位于欧盟的某个成员国内。
NB号又称NB公告号，是欧盟国家对欧盟实验室的授权号，每个实验室的编号都是不一样的。具备欧盟NB公告号机构授权的机构，可以颁发带有NB公告号的CE证书。
