Watermark认证计划(方案)是一项强制性的水管及排水产品验证计划，目的是确保这些产品适合用途，并获适当授权用于水管及排水装置。
澳大利亚建筑法规委员会（Australian Building Codes Board, 简称ABCB）负责该计划的管理和行政工作。 澳大利亚和新西兰的联合认证系统(JAS-ANZ)认证了Watermark合格评定机构(Watermark Conformity Assessment Bodies ,简称WMCABs) ，这些机构反过来评估和认证管道和排水产品。
WMCABs 负责评估新产品是否符合水印产品数据库(WMPD)的认可规范。 如果一个新产品不能按照批准的规格进行评估，可以向 ABCB 办公室提交一个新的或修改后的产品规格以供审查和批准。 一旦获得批准，WMCABs 可以对新产品进行评估。
